The Opportunity

You’ll be working across our locations with a focus on building out our newest clinic and retail space. We are a business that doesn’t stand still. With a range of clients of all ages, you’ll have the ability to work across a diverse range of global and local skincare brands both supporting our clinics and our online clients. This role has a high focus on technical knowledge, client education and advanced skin analysis, coupled with a range of high performing treatments. 

Your focus will be on providing short, sharp, expert advice on skin through skin analysis, goal setting, prescription based selling and an unforgettable treatment experience. 

You will be responsible for building your own client base and creating lasting connections with our guests, ensuring weekly sales are met - but your number 1 metric is customer satisfaction. 

We are open to Part Time or Full Time opportunities.

About You

• You are a highly motivated, experienced and passionate Beauty Therapist or Dermal Therapist.
• You hold a Diploma of Beauty Therapy (required) or a Bachelor in Dermal Science (preferred), and have 2+ years experience in the beauty industry, primarily in a dermal therapy setting.
• You are a customer service pro with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You thrive in a fast paced environment and are target oriented to build a new client base and nurture them.
• You know that we win as a team, but you're also capable of supervising and working comfortably on your own!
• You genuinely believe in amazing customer experiences and know what it takes to deliver one consistently by taking a holistic approach to skin health and wellbeing
• You have the ability to quickly analyse skin, decipher the clients goals and educate them on the best approach to achieving those goals through a curated prescription and treatment plan, just for them.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Skin Treatments: Perform a range of skin treatments including relaxing facials, express treatments, skin needling, dermal peels, and IPL laser treatments with precision and care.
2. Customised Treatments: Tailor treatments to suit clients' individual needs and address their specific skin concerns effectively.
3. Client Consultations: Conduct detailed and informative consultations to understand clients' skin goals, assess their skin conditions, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
4. Skin Advice: Provide insightful and sharp skin advice to clients, educating them on skincare routines, products, and treatments that will benefit their skin health.
5. Client Retention: Maintain and grow clientele through exceptional service, personalised care, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Treatment Room Maintenance: Ensure the treatment room is clean, organised, and stocked with necessary supplies for efficient service delivery.
7. Clinic Duties: Perform general clinic duties such as cleaning, stocktake, taking bookings, and answering phone calls to support the smooth operation of the clinic.
8. Social Media Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content for social media platforms showcasing products, treatments, and the team to promote the clinic's services and attract new clients.
