THE OPPORTUNITY
Arguably one of the most important roles in our clinics... "the first face" that meets, greets and gets to know each client and their goals.

Ideal for a therapist looking to shift gears from treating, an existing clinical host / receptionist, or someone from a retail or customer service background.

The client experience is your ultimate priority. You will provide support to our team of therapists and nurses to ensure that our clients have an amazing experience across booking and rescheduling, checking in and out, processing payments and educating on our services, promotions and stock control. Homecare and retail is a big part of our business and your ability to sell and recommend will be equally as important.

ABOUT YOU

• You are a highly motivated, experienced and passionate individual who genuinely loves connecting with people and learning about them.
• You know that we win as a team, but you're also capable of supervising and working comfortably on your own!
• You genuinely believe in amazing customer experiences and know what it takes to deliver one consistently.
• You’re detail oriented and have incredible communication skills.
• Your thirst for knowledge and ability to absorb quickly is high, as we work with some of the most technical products and treatments available.
• Your ability to multi-task and prioritise is critical in providing effective support to the clinical team.
